1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Every Epicinterior order is handled with care.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.
Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

Because Epicinterior products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary slightly based on location.

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms your package is lost:
